• Availability of products is subject to stock levels. If an item is out of stock, we will offer alternatives or a refund.

3. Installation Services

• Installation services are available upon request and will be quoted separately.
• Customers must ensure that the installation site is clean and prepared before our team arrives. Additional charges may apply for site preparation.
• The Feature Wall Malaysia is not responsible for structural issues such as damp walls, uneven surfaces, or any other pre-existing conditions that may affect the installation quality.

4. Delivery & Lead Time

• Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier issues, customs clearance, or logistical disruptions) are beyond our control.
• Customers must inspect all products upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.

5. Warranty & Claims

• Our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies by product type.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation (if not installed by our team), exposure to moisture, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
• Claims must be supported by photos and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to assess and determine appropriate solutions, such as replacement or repair.
