At The Feature Wall Malaysia, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, colours, and style representations. However, due to variations in monitor settings, mobile devices, and lighting conditions, the colours displayed on our website may differ slightly from the actual product.
To ensure the best match for your space, we strongly recommend ordering a swatch sample before making a full purchase.
- Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping throughout Malaysia. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
- West Malaysia: RM20–50 (subject to location and quantity). Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM50–100 (subject to location and quantity). Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
- International Shipping: Contact us for details.
📌 Orders are delivered to the ground floor only.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for monitoring delivery progress.
Important Notes:
- Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier service delays.
- Returns & Replacements
We only accept returns if the wrong design or size was sent.
Return Eligibility
- Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- We will take 3–5 business days to investigate before processing a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or installed wallpaper.
- Clearance or promotional items.
- Any items returned without prior authorization.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer service team at +6013-223 3165 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Carefully repack the items and include the return authorization details.
- Ship the items back to us at your own cost (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
